"Embolism" is an obstruction in a blood vessel due to a blood clot or other foreign matter that gets stuck while traveling through the bloodstream.

"Pneumonia" is an inflammatory infection of the lungs, and in particular the little air sacs called alveoli. It is very common as a complication of other conditions that result in reduced immune response.
